The wiring test no longer registers the legacy chat facts repository, which shared-lib removes (KamoCollab CP02 T18)

The CI image build compiles test sources (package -DskipTests), so this test must stop naming ChatPolicyFactsRepository before shared-lib drops it. It passes against shared-lib with and without the repository.
