Two reasons the first deploy showed no tour, not even on the App Shelf: - The progress read was attempted once per page, and every tour surface waited on it. During the rolling deploy it hit an old SecurityService pod (404) and the tours stayed hidden until a reload. It now retries on a backoff (3 s, 10 s, 30 s, then every 60 s) and whenever the tab comes back into view, and the App Shelf lists tours whether or not progress has loaded (showing the step count instead of a status meanwhile). - The Show Tour check read the session's rights, issued at sign-in — before those rights existed. It now uses the CURRENT Show Tour rights the progress read returns (SecurityService tourRights), falling back to the session's only when absent. GuidedTourProvider.test.tsx pins both.
