DocsService answers POST **************** with a reviewed "upload your completed copy" assignment. The checklist buttons carry the requirement to the sign wizard (&requirement=) when an own copy is allowed; the wizard offers Fill It Out Here / Upload One I Already Completed, and the upload choice opens that assignment in the same wizard (drop zone, camera, progress, Finish sends it to HR). The made-up alternative-upload relay is gone.
