Upload segments with an explicit glob, not --recursive

mc cp --recursive takes a directory; the segments were being passed as a glob, which is the wrong shape for that flag. Segments and the playlist beside them need different Content-Type and Cache-Control anyway, so the two passes stay — the first just drops --recursive.
