Use native query for avg resolution time to avoid Hibernate EXTRACT(EPOCH) limitation

Hibernate 6 cannot apply EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM ...) to a timestamp subtraction (produces Duration type, not TEMPORAL). Switched to a native SQL query that CockroachDB handles natively.
