Validate room existence before anonymous join, add settings modal with device selection

Anonymous users must enter a valid meeting room name - the welcome page checks /api/meet/exists/{roomName} before allowing join. If the meeting doesn't exist or hasn't started, shows an error message. Settings modal styled to match the welcome page with glassmorphism, includes: display name, camera, microphone, and speaker device selection. Saves to localStorage for Meet to pick up.
