POST /api/voip/recordings/upload accepts multipart bodies from kamo-asterisk-support running on FreePBX hosts. Validates the X-Api-Key has the new VOIP_RECORDING_UPLOADS scope (re-using the **************** validation cache), then forwards the multipart payload + metadata headers (X-Phone-Server-Id, X-Asterisk-Unique-Id, X-Recording-Kind, X-Primary-Extension) to ConversionService ****************
