Owner live test 2026-10-28: the SI asked him to approve before removing a duplicate wake-up. The tools say anyone may list and cancel for any number with no confirmation, list passes kamoai-service's guidance (cancel one by its wakeupId), and ALREADY_SCHEDULED means set: never again, never a task/event in its place. Goldens regenerated.
