While the new host warm-up is pacing, campaigns go out far more slowly than their own settings say, and nothing on the campaign said why. The campaigns workspace and a campaign's progress view now carry a slim banner with the day, today's sends against the cap, the next send and what is waiting, linking to the warm-up settings, and a queued recipient explains that it is being held. The banner is hidden while warm-up is off or complete, and whenever the warm-up cannot be read.
