One row per (organization, team member) in webinar_notify_member, created by KamoInitializerService's WebinarNotifyMemberMigration and already applied. The repository fetch-joins the team member, since every reader wants the person. No foreign key, matching the migration, so the initializer's ddl-auto update never adds one.
