Found by rendering every SP01 screen at 1280 and 390 px with axe (Task 35): - warning chips (Degraded, Missing, Available, not verified) in amber ink, 5.0:1 - monograms and the shared SegmentedFilter's selected text and counts readable for any brand colour - an empty field with a unit keeps its label above the box instead of under the unit - the phone room tabs keep their scroll arrows, so the last room's label is never under one - a price row's remove button stays at the row's end; Add provider's type names are not headings - registry grids: stable columns (context, not closures), so a switch keeps the focus when it moves; keys on a control are the control's (ag-Grid's Tab trapped the focus); Tab enters on the first control; every column rendered; the header strip follows the rows without being its own scroll region; order arrows are described by their provider's name; a model switch is held, not disabled
