validate never reads an incoming origin; toData/toDto and the charter view carry it. validate's uniqueness now goes through identityKey, so the configure assistant's identity-replace and the validator never disagree. The stamp is unchanged (pinned by a golden value). Armed: push only after CP10 Task 2 applied the item_origin DDL.
