Words on the brand fill read on a pale brand in Contacts and Calendar too (SIS1)

The live sweep with a pale brand (#d6f74d) showed the root theme's contained buttons black-on-lime, but the Contacts and Calendar scopes still put var(--on-primary) (white) on it. They now use the same luminance rule as the root theme and ApprovalBrandScope (onBrandSx), with --on-primary as the fallback for a browser without relative colour.
