- Use Alpine Linux base image with Dovecot installed from packages - Dovecot config created inline - no Docker image restrictions - Full control over configuration format - MySQL backend for virtual users (database-driven) - Keep working Postfix deployment - Revert Roundcube to use dovecot/postfix services - Remove docker-mailserver approach (file-based incompatible with requirements)
