Named WorkSite, not WorkLocation: TeamMember.workLocation is an existing office/remote enum and a second symbol by that name would collide in every grep. zoneId is a free IANA string rather than TimezoneType because that enum's 27 values cannot cover a multi-state employer, and it is NOT NULL because it is the only trustworthy zone layer -- every org in production sits on the untouched PACIFIC default.
