Wrap toolbar and shrink search/date so New Event stays on-page

Toolbar packed too much fixed-width content into a single non-wrapping flex row; with the parent main area set to overflow: hidden, the right section (New Event + settings) was clipped on ~1366-1440px viewports. Enable flexWrap, tighten the search field (300->220) and date label minWidth (250->200) so the row fits or wraps cleanly when it cannot.
