Reads **************** straight off the SupportTicketDTO (now snapshot on the ticket entity at creation time — no extra round trip). Renders flag + city/region/country with the IP shown in a tooltip; falls back to an em-dash when no geo data is on the ticket. Agent view only. TicketHeader already consumes the same DTO fields, so the popup tool window now shows the snapshot too — no GeoLite or visitor-table read on render.
