Adds a nullable, max-40-char materialId to the Lead entity (MATERIAL_ID VARCHAR(40)), registers it in LeadHistoryFieldRegistry (Profile category) so edits are audited, threads it through Create/Update/Read DTOs and LeadService create/update (trim + truncate to 40, mirroring companyName), and preserves it across base<->mortgage lead conversion.
