Persist mapped Material ID on manual import + API intake

Both setDirectFieldOnCreateRequest switches lack a default case, so an unmapped systemFieldPath is silently dropped. Add a materialId case to the manual-import (LeadImportController) and vendor/API-intake (LeadIntakeController) dispatchers so a mapped Material ID column/field actually persists.
