media.<domain> backs the realtime websockets (chat, calls, SMS, theme provisioning) and media streaming, but it was missing from the DNS setup catalog, so customers were never told to create the record — leaving media.<domain> as NXDOMAIN and the websockets failing to connect. Add it as a required record so the /setup/dns studio instructs the CNAME.
