Once a domain was SSL-confirmed, checkDns unconditionally built a new domain object even when sslConfirmed was already true. The new object reference re-triggered the polling effect (deps include domain), which called checkDns again, looping forever and toggling the checking state so the refresh icon flickered between spinner and refresh glyph. Guard the setDomain updater with !prev.sslConfirmed so it returns the same reference when nothing changed, breaking the loop.
