AI Sales Agents tab + per-channel agent assignment

Builds out /settings/ai?tab=sales-agents (was a stub): orgs create agents for their sales industry, either from a built-in template or by writing the training context themselves, then edit/enable/delete them. Chat channels (/settings/features/chat) can now each pick which agent drives that channel's AI, independently — the agent overrides the raw system prompt.
