Archived-market queries; drop redundant hard-delete

Add findArchivedByOrganizationId + findAllByOrganizationIdOrdered and the matching **************** service methods so Commerce settings can surface an Archived view. Remove deleteMarket — it only set isActive=false, redundant with the isActive PATCH. Markets are archived, never hard-deleted.
