Replacing the two buttons dropped the isConverted gate the old "Edit PDF" had, so Modify offered form-fillable editing on audio and video — where there is no rendition to place a field on and the editor cannot open anything. isConverted is the right flag rather than the rendition itself: it is what makes this work for Word and Excel as well as PDF, and a native PDF reports isConverted=true with a null convertedDat, so testing convertedDat would refuse every PDF. The menu item says why it is unavailable instead of being greyed out with no explanation.
