The hardcoded SUPPORTED_TARGETS claimed sw/ta/etc. were supported, but no public argos packages exist for those, so every en->sw / en->ta translation request hit the libretranslate pod, failed with 400, and triggered a router retry pair. Across the queue this kept k1m1's MinIO gunicorn workers warm 24/7 with no real traffic. Now the provider fetches /languages on startup and every 10 minutes, so adding/removing argos packs no longer requires a code change.
