Drop unrecognized --workers arg causing crashloop

The libretranslate CLI does not accept --workers, only the gunicorn process inside it does. Passing it caused the pod to fail argparse on boot and CrashLoopBackOff (1384 restarts in 5d on k1m1). The image already defaults to 4 sync workers, which satisfies the recycle-without- downtime concern from b2af4e5.
