The comment beside the Careers Logo Overlay said the careers site re-reads config.json hourly. It re-reads it every minute since kamo-careers 14c9ddb, which fixed the overlay "not applying" there: both careers pods were serving a copy of config.json cached before the org's save. The field's hint changed with it in the dictionary (16620c02): it no longer promises an hour, and it now warns that White and Black each vanish for some visitors, since that header is white or near-black by the visitor's dark mode. This build is what carries the new English to the settings page.
