KamoPBX is Kamo's own platform, so all of its configuration is platform-wide: base URL, master account id, account name, admin credential, SIP realm suffix and WSS URL. They sit on the SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION singleton beside the existing VoIP tunables so an operator can set them from the platform settings UI instead of needing a redeploy to change an environment variable. The admin password column is AES-256-GCM ciphertext and carries @JsonIgnore: this row serializes straight to the platform settings UI, and without it the master credential for every tenant would be on the wire.
