Hibernate ddl-auto adds the SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION columns; @ColumnDefault only applies to newly inserted rows, so the existing singleton needs backfilling. Seeds the non-secret defaults only. The master account id and admin credential are deliberately left NULL — that is what makes the provisioner report 'not configured yet' and refuse, instead of failing open or surfacing a Kubernetes DNS error to an org admin who can neither read nor act on it. Every statement only fills a NULL, so an operator's UI edits survive redeploys.
