ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS on **************** for user_company_phone_main and user_company_phone_toll_free. This service's ddl-auto: update would add both from the entity, but every service that reads them runs ddl-auto: none, and Hibernate's own ALTER carries no DEFAULT. Stating it here lands them FALSE for existing organizations rather than NULL, which is what "off by default" is supposed to mean. Order 0: the entity maps both columns from the moment this build starts, so a runner ordered after one that loads it through JPA would never execute — the earlier one would die on "column does not exist" and take the whole run with it.
