Two org-wide flags on email_signature_field_config: user_company_phone_main and user_company_phone_toll_free. They put the organization's published line on a member's own signature carrying that member's extension — "(555) 555-5555 x81234" — which is how a recipient reaches the person who wrote to them rather than the switchboard. Off by default. An organization that publishes no main number, or whose members hold direct lines, must not find an extra line appearing under every name after a deploy.
