The per-member gate for the dedicated softphone line window. Version pin stays at 1.6.0 — adding a field needs no bump, and a split pin would break CI for every consumer at once. The column already exists in the database; the DDL landed in KamoInitializer first, deliberately, because a service that maps a missing column fails at bean creation rather than degrading.
