GET surfaces lineWindowEnabled; PUT accepts it as a nullable Boolean so that absent means "not mentioned" and preserves the stored value. Every existing caller of this endpoint omits the field, and treating those as false would switch the feature off for any member whose phone settings were saved for an unrelated reason. Also normalises a null read to false before saving: a row written before the column existed can still carry null through Hibernate, and the column is NOT NULL.
