Combine the previously separate "My E-Mail & Alias", "My Name", and "Phone Number" steps into one "My Profile" step for 13+ registrants, with alias + e-mail + legal name required and phone number optional (verified via SMS when entered). Under-13 registrants now see a single renamed "My User Alias" step — no e-mail, legal name, or phone. - RegisterFlow: simplified step list, unified handleNext validation, new renderStepContent cases. The profile step is internally scrollable so the three sections fit within the viewport. - RegisterStatus gains a "REGISTERED" value for under-13 completions where there is no email to verify — they're routed straight to the login page with ?registered=1 instead of the email-verification page.
