Mount /etc/asterisk only, not /etc, to fix PHP simplexml error

Mounting the full /etc as a hostPath volume was corrupting PHP extension loading even after seeding from the image — simplexml_load_file undefined at install time. Now only /etc/asterisk is persisted; /etc comes from the image and keeps PHP config intact. First-boot detection changed from /etc/freepbx.conf (ephemeral) to **************** (persists in the www-html hostPath). Subsequent boots regenerate /etc/freepbx.conf from env vars.
