The tab rendered its content flush against the card border: SettingsView's tab panel supplies no padding of its own, and this tab was the one manager that never added its own. Every sibling (APIManager, OAuth2Manager, SystemDebug) wraps in `h-full p-6 flex flex-col ... overflow-y-auto`; this now does too, and the grid takes the height the filters leave it instead of a fixed 560px so a tall screen shows more of the trail. The tab was also missing from the Settings menu entirely — reachable only by typing the URL — because the commit that added it never touched SETTINGS_MENU. The same block still linked `?tab=suspicious-behavior`, a tab renamed to `system-access-logs` some time ago; SettingsView resolves an unknown tab to index 0 rather than erroring, so that link had been quietly landing on the wrong panel while the address bar claimed otherwise. Both directions are now covered by a test, since the menu and the pages are two hand-maintained lists with nothing making them agree.
