Backs the rule that every new membership also lands under the platform/security-provider org. - **************** case-insensitive, multiplicity-safe email lookup for cross-org account reuse (email is not globally unique, so a single-Optional finder would throw). - **************** stop resetting securityProvider to self on every org edit (only backfill when null), so a child org keeps its link to the platform provider the mirror depends on.
