Send the registrant's hostname in the body so the account lands under the right org

The resolved org was available on the client but never sent to the backend — the org was conveyed only implicitly via X-Forwarded-Host, which the ingress rewrites to the shared api host, so every signup was filed under kamocrm. Send window.location.hostname (e.g. register.optionone.com) as `host` in the register request body. The body survives the proxy/ingress hop to the shared API host, and the backend binds the new account's org to it.
