Reorders the /leads top-right actions to: Add New Lead, Leads Available (→/leads/available, Bolt icon + live availability indicator, shown with Spend/Receive), History (→/leads/history, History icon), Manage Credits (→/leads/credits, Credit Card icon, managers only). Replaces the single 'Lead Credits' button that pointed at the /leads/allotments redirect.
