The General tab counts what the Organizations tab calls Active

6c8d789 moved the platform overview's organization count onto findAllLive(), which also drops orgs created by synthetic (is_fake) accounts — so the General tab would have read 35 while the Organizations tab beside it read "Active (40)". Count every organization except the voided ones instead: exactly the Active tab's set.
