SP98-D-9. prepareSend read the recipient organization's domain rows lazily, as a late statement of the sweep's transaction, to choose the letter's console host; the DNS and SPF checks rewrite those rows all day, and production logged 'Restart read required' there (2026-09-27 00:02 UTC). The organization is now read with its domains by the notice's organization id (the recipient's own), in one statement before the transaction, and the transaction never touches them. A failed lookup, or a notice whose organization is not the recipient's, links on the platform's host.
