SP98-D-6. ChatFanoutService.prepare resolved the roster, the support ticket's id and the conversation's title for every request, including the turn-only ones (a website visitor, an AI agent's outreach, a social contact) that tell nobody through the fan-out and use none of them: two or three reads late in the sender's write transaction, where YugabyteDB cannot restart a read. They are now read only for a request that notifies recipients or carries its own audience.
