New read-only platform-admin view of the running game (not just the offline worldgen pipeline). Subscribes once per process to the universe.world.load beacon every shard already publishes at ~1 Hz and renders per-shard player / region / capacity counts plus ecosystem rollups, with silent-shard detection. - app/lib/worldLiveNats.ts: NATS singleton bridge (mirrors worldgenNats), caches latest beacon per pod + Redis cold-start fallback, prunes silent pods. - **************** snapshot + SSE routes, platform-admin gated. - Live tab + useUniverseLive hook + client-safe liveTypes. No changes to the Rust services; consumes an existing beacon.
