Live tab now consumes the new universe.gateway.health and universe.persistence.health beacons alongside universe.world.load: a datastores strip (CockroachDB quorum live/total nodes, ScyllaDB up, gateway auth funnel), players-online + login-queue rollups, and a worst-of health pill in the page header. Gracefully shows 'no beacon yet' until the gateway/persistence services ship those beacons. Worldgen Services tab gains failure surfacing (failed/refused agent messages as a prominent alert) and a per-stage run-history strip backed by a capped Redis ring in worldgenNats (terminal runs, deduped on runId). New read-only history API route. All read-only + platform-admin gated.
