Taken off the launchpad on request. A false registry gate rather than deleting the entry: `available` in useHomeWidgets is the single source for BOTH the launchpad and the member's widget settings, so this takes it off the page AND out of the list they could switch it back on from. Nothing is unwound. The right, each member's stored show/hide preference and any size they had chosen all survive, so lifting the hold is deleting one line in the registry and restoring one assertion in widgetPolicy.test.ts. Both are commented with exactly that.
