To diagnose "call connects but no audio between parties", log the peer-connection state (ice / dtls / signaling) along with sender and receiver tracks (kind / enabled / muted / readyState) and a summary of each SDP (direction, codecs, candidate count, dtls setup) the moment the session reports Established. Mirror to /api/softphone-debug so we can read the trail server-side without DevTools. Also wire pc.oniceconnectionstatechange so silent ICE failures (a common cause of "established but silent" calls) are visible after the fact.
