Import upserts each UID group (master, canonical rule, EXDATEs, edited and cancelled instances) with no reminders and no invitations; E11 reports {created, updated, skipped:[{uid, reason}]}, 400 NOT_ICALENDAR. Export and the CalDAV resource body are written from rows, never from stored raw bodies. One instance is kept per original start, values are fitted to their columns, a live instance sent on its own lifts its date's EXDATE, and a calendar name beyond ASCII is also given in UTF-8. The raw-body parseIcs/writeCalendarIcs the old controller used are gone.
