- Added statusFilterValue state to control Status filter dropdown - Status filter now syncs with activeStatusTab when tabs are clicked - Filter value is now controlled by parent component, preventing resets - Filter component ignores AG Grid callbacks to maintain state - This should fix the filter reset issue and enable tab-to-filter sync
