- Refactor PipelineRecordLayout to use tabs prop with LeadViewClient pattern (tabs in separate Card below header, flex layout for full height) - Rebuild all 6 existing detail pages with ALL modal tab content ported: - Orders: 5 tabs (Details, Fulfillment, Payments, Returns, Notes) - Applications: 8 tabs (Status/Workflow, Borrower, Property, Loan, Rate Lock, Closing, Vendors, Notes) - Bookings: 5 tabs (Details, Pricing, Damage/Condition, Vendors, Notes) - Agreements: 6 tabs (Plan Details, Billing, Usage, Renewal, Vendors, Notes) - Procurement: 6 tabs (Line Items, Vendor Selection, Receiving, Three-Way Match, Budget, Notes) - Service/Work Orders: 7 tabs (Scope, Labor, Parts/Materials, Time Tracking, Vendors, Sign-off, Notes) - Create 4 new detail pages for previously modal-only markets: - Rental Requests: 3 tabs (Details, Pricing, Notes) - Service Requests: 3 tabs (Details, Assignment, Notes) - Subscription Signups: 3 tabs (Details, Billing, Notes) - Mortgage Commitments: 3 tabs (Details, Conditions, Notes) - Update 4 tab components to navigate to detail pages instead of opening modals - Communications and Docs tabs auto-appended by layout for all markets
