A .forgejo/ change makes the next deploy a full reconcile, which applies every manifest over live state. Four had drifted from live by hand or by another repo's CI, and the reconcile would have undone each: - mail/postfix-deployment.yaml and rspamd/rspamd-configmap.yaml: kontak.kamocrm.com was added live on 2026-09-24 (alias domain + its own DKIM selector). Re-applying main would have bounced every kontak.kamocrm.com recipient and sent its mail unsigned. - desktop/vm/desktop-1-vm.yaml: the VM was resized to 16 cores / 32Gi and its liveness threshold raised to 30 on 2026-09-24; main would shrink it on its next restart. - Docs/deployment.yaml: DocsService 71c6d27 narrowed aliasgroup1 from api\..* to the kamocrm.com subdomains plus the verified root org domains; main would widen it back. Each file now equals the live object (kubectl diff exit 0).
